My experience with Kevin and the rest of the group at LeaderOne was very positive. We needed to get approved very quickly for a loan as we found a home before our current home was sold. Kevin was able to help secure the needed information quickly in order to get the contract approved. The loan process was mostly painless. I would recommend Kevin and LeaderOne to my friends.

Very good experience. Kevin and Megan we very professional and very helpful. Only issue we had was with Cindy McBride as it took three times to get the deed form correct with my wife's name, which was the most important document we had to sign. It was frustrating when we at closing and funding had to be completed. I had notified her the week before that her name was wrong on on the Closing Disclosure.Document. Megan went above and beyond to try and get it corrected as quickly as possible.

We love working with leader one they are all very nice and work hard to get you what your wanting we had an issue with the appraisal but in time it was all worked out thanks for all your patience

Kevin was excellent in addressing all our questions. This was our first home purchase and he and his office helped the process be as smooth as possible. He made himself very accessible and never made us feel like we were a nuisance, even with as many calls as we had to answer questions as the came up during the process. He was able to explain things in a way that even my wife, who gets extremely anxious discussing anything regarding finances, was able to understand and not get overwhelmed.

LeaderOne Financial was amazing! At first I was going to go with a different company--a national bank, but I'm so glad I switched. LeaderOnce had far better service, more accurate information and was much more responsive. Next time I need a mortgage I will use LeaderOne again! The company exceeded my expectations.
