Kevin Roller is a good individual. Through out the refi process, Kevin was patient, and kind to us. Lovie and I work the overnight shift, Kevin and his team respected our work hours. Kevin does a great job at offering advice for first time home buyers and being there if any questions pop up. This was our first house and we don't know anything about the process (boy, that was a learning experience!). He was very straight forward and explained everything to the fullest detail about what to do, expect, and accomplish. Kevin and his team came in and saved our home purchase when our original lender fell through. He closed our VA loan in 10 days!! I can't say enough kind words about how Kevin and LeaderOne handled our very difficult situation and I'm living in my dream home today because of them.
Kevin and his staff were friendly and quick to respond to questions. They were easy to reach through out the process. They did present options to us as we moved along in the process. There were a few hick ups at the end when we tried to close and the. When the checks were to be cut to the mortgage company. But they eventually were resolved .
