The team always communicated with you whether it was papers they needed or just to ask you a question. They were never to busy to answer a question that you have asked. Kevin Roller is a good individual. Through out the refi process, Kevin was patient, and kind to us. Lovie and I work the overnight shift, Kevin and his team respected our work hours. Kevin does a great job at offering advice for first time home buyers and being there if any questions pop up. This was our first house and we don't know anything about the process (boy, that was a learning experience!). He was very straight forward and explained everything to the fullest detail about what to do, expect, and accomplish.
