1. Salesperson excellent. 2. First question asked is do you use contractors, No but the truck that arrive will be Leaf Filter and they are our own people. However, my appointment was set for 12-4PM. I was walking out the door at 7:30am and three Spanish speaking guys are at my door saying they have work to do. My wife was like you deal with this, the name on the trailer was ********* Contractor, we do remodeling, grassing cutting, and more. NO PLACE DID ANYTHING SAY LEAF FILTER. From beginning to end we had a very good experience with LeafFilter. ******* was our salesperson. He did an outstanding job of explaining the necessary details about the price and the product. I am a repeat customer. We had Leaf Filter at the home I sold about a year after my husband passed away. I didnt even consider another brand when I had Leaf Filter installed here. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to a friend.

Im sure each review is based on individuals locations and would be more beneficial to know geographical area of the reviews for anyone thinking of using ************************** my experience! I live in a very rural area of ******************** where finding reasonable pricing with quality work can be hard to find. The LeafFilter representative (Rod) was very friendly, polite and educational of the product and other similar products available. The guy did a good job cleaning out my gutters and taking pictures to show me how they looked. He worked alone and it took him a few hours. He brought to my attention several cracked tiles that need to be replaced.The only disappointment I had was he put some of the dirt removed from the gutters into my Yard trimming recycle bin. I had to dump it out because they don't accept dirt in this recycle bin. Otherwise I would have given LeafFilter 5 stars

The sales *** came and took measurements, then gave his sales pitch which included a demonstration of the products ability to slip leaves off the top of the screen by using a yellow stick-em. I responded by saying, One, its not wet like a leaf and two, its not a leaf. I then went outside and grabbed a handful of leaves from the flower bed, put them under the sink to wet them, then placed it on his sample unit. About 75% of the leaves fell off, but not all.
