Sales Person was professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and took the gutter guards off the table and suggested bigger gutters as the solution to the problem. That solution actually saved us thousands of dollars. ***************** arrived on time, worked hard and completed their job on time. Crew cleanup up like champions. We are extremely pleased with the job and look forward to the next rain!

There was an initial hiccup: I was promised installation on a Saturday - the day after the sales *** came for a visit. When no one had shown up an hour after the expected arrival, I called the Operations Manager. The installation had been canceled, but no one had notified me!
