**** was professional and courteous and had obviously attended the "close the sale" seminar. Having been in retail 44 years it would have been appreciated to come to the bottom line right off the bat. And, to have the install take place the day he said (although it was only 2 business days later).*****, installer was also professional and addressed my questions and concerns, almost. We are very pleased we contacted Leaf Filter. Our gutters were coming loose, had gravel from our shingle roof and some leaves to clean out. The installer fixed all that and placed the filter covers on. He discovered a damaged area on our roof as well and let us know we should address it soon. He cleaned up and was gracious when he spoke to us about the final paper work and payment.
