Whole process went great. I was told exactly what it would cost, how work was to be done, and time it would take. Installers showed up on time and did a great job. I am completely satisfied with the job results.

From my initial request sent to this company, the entire process was very positive and professional. The **** who came to my home to explained the product to me I knew I made the correct choice. The install was flawless and the installer showed me via pictures he took of my gutters during the install including the new look that they now have at the completion. A very good company.

After seeing and hearing the presentation I was convinced that Leaf Filter was the company for me. The quality of their gutters and downspouts were much better than I had on my house. They were able to do the job much earlier than I expected and the installation technician was amazing to watch him do the job and clean up my yard from all the old gutters. Very pleased when the job was completed. Highly recommend Leaf Filter.

Sales experience was good. Conversation with sales representative was easy and courteous. The installer was extremely professional and efficient. Very satisfied with the workmanship. However, the installation scheduler/manager (****) mis-scheduled the contracted installation date. I missed a whole day of work to be home for installation that didnt happen. This spoiled the entire experience and warranted the lower rating.
