The salesperson was too pushy, did not respect my needs (to discuss with my family, to close the session)The installers (**** and ***) were wonderful! They went above and beyond, blowing off the entire roof, cleaning all of my gutters, though we were having leaf filters installed in only a partial portion of the home's gutters. They checked in with me at the beginning of the job, asked my permission to take pictures, checked with me at the end of the job to my satisfaction.

What an awesome experience! ****, our salesman, was fantastic. It was like talking with a friendly neighbor about the whole process. We spoke with **** on a Saturday and the project was completed on the next Monday morning.The installers were quick and tidy throughout the entire job. First off the product is the best on the market. The installation went very smoothly. The sales process on the other hand needs to be addressed by senior leadership. For those of you considering this product the price is extremely negotiable. They will not leave your home after the quote until you agree on a price. They started at 10:30 AM & got done at 5PM They even cleaned up after themselves. They even let us keep the old gutters & old aluminum pieces also, so we can sell that & get some money after recycling it. They did the whole house.

The installer arrived right on time and after verifying the placement of the gutters, got right to work.
