For the most part everything went great. Definitely an expensive product, I sure hope everything the sales told me about the product is true. Unfortunately, only time will tell. When it came to installing we had an issue with the installer smoking on the job and the smell coming into the house. I asked him to stop and he did which I appreciated. The one thing I found crazy was watching my installers go door to door on my street attempting to sell other services before actually coming to do the job they were there to do.
