The representative who came to my house to discuss the process was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She knew her job, was never pushy, gave me all the facts and answered all my questions. I was very impressed and enjoyed doing business with the representative. So far i am pleased. Will Have to agree - the price was kinda on the steep side considering I did not have my gutters replaced The salesman was very informative and I saw the product that was going to be used. It was MUCH better than what I had. However I will be watching to make sure things were done right and the problems I did have are gone.
