Installation was good, however there was a pronounced drip in one area. Called a couple of times but I don,t know if it has been checked as we were out of town when they were supposed to come by. I have not heard from you if it has been checked.
Sales pitch/tactic was excellent until I realized afterwards I paid so much, it was grossly overpriced.
the customer service was shady and the people who put them up broke some items of mine and the down spouts are SUPER loud.
1. Was signed up, without my approval, by LeafGuard to finance the balance of the job through their finance partner. LeafGuard and their finance partner insisted I signed up for the loan but would not produce the documents they claimed I signed. After about 2-3 weeks of back and forth they finally cleared up the matter and we paid the balance on our terms. 2. On the front of our house, we have a valley when it rains. We discussed this before we spent $20,000. We were told the product would not overflow and of course it does. The fix would be to put a very ugly gutter on the front of my very nice house, but I'm not wiling to do that. I will live with it overflowing with heavy rain, and I'm not happy about it at all.

I am disappointed that I was told I would get a gift card and did not get it. I spent $12,000 and did not get the $100 gift card.
It started with the installers. The fascia boards had loose Imaterial on them after the removal of the old gutters. I asked the installers to brush it off. They said they did not have anything to brush it off with. I supplied them with a brush. As this it normal loose material as stated in their advertising one would think that this is something they would do.
