I was to have a downspout checked on 7 Aug in the AM. The guys finally got there in the PM. My only gripe was that I was not informed of the delay until I called. I should not be chasing the work order.

They did everything I needed done.
I am waiting on some follow up work. I noticed some numbers written on the gutters. I thought it was odd. It is black on my white gutters. I can see it on the second flood spout coming down on the front by the porch. I am also waiting for my sprinkler people to come. The guys had to move some wiring to the sprinklers and I am going to see if anything went wrong. If something is wrong and needs to be changed I will have to pay that.
