From what was advertised on the TV, and when the gentleman came, I needed the problem taken care of quickly. Things were rough. Somebody needs to come out and look at this situation.
Good product and workmanship but overpriced.
When I called about the problem of water washing into my garage from the downspout I was scheduled for the following Tuesday to get the downspout fixed. The manager forgot to schedule me and informed me it would be the following Thursday and if the regular guys couldn't do it he would. He showed up and I was very unsatisfied with the way he fixed the downspout. I was not put in and installed the way I had ask it to be installed.
