So far so good. Well made and installed product. Satisfied with the way it resolved a water issue at the front of property wherein water was always pouring down over the old drainage system whenever it rained. Although I did find this product extremely pricey, I am pleased that it handles large volumes of water and drains it where it should go which is downspout (the spouts are much bigger than the old system. Definitely recommend to negotiate the price to your comfort level as there is room for negotiation.
They did a poor job. It took over three weeks to have the system installed when it should have only been a one-day project.
I was told that an extension to my gutter was not in stock but should be so within a week, but I have not heard from anybody. Also, one of the gutters appears to be leaking.
It wasn't related to me how noisy it would be when rain water is traveling down the spouts. And the night I discovered a badly decomposed bat in the downspout inside my garage leading to my cistern was so gross 🤮. I'm waiting for warmer weather to remind Derek to send his crew to fix the leaks inside and outside of my garage . I don't even know where to begin. I tried to reach out to the sales agent who sold us this job (Justin Pakatar) but I cannot find him What Justin presented before selling us sounded too good. He had promised that LeafGuard is a highly moral and an ethical company and that we should not worry about anything. I would love to talk to him about what morals and ethics he was referring to.
