This place of employment lies to future employees and hides pay information. Theyll send will hire you promising 70-80,000 your first year. Then they will try to send you out on service calls paying you only $13.00 an hour. They also have unknowledgeable employees in lead positions. Some of them will do half a** work on your house. This is all coming from a former employee.
Leafguard sends sales people out to knock on doors and prey on old people. They harassed my 75 year old deaf mother until she signed for $12,500 in raingutters on a single story 1700 square foot home. They sold her leaf guards guaranteed to keep leaves out of gutters but then convinced her she also needed clean outs to remove leaves from downspouts. Stay away from them! Oh and by the way it's only been 10 months since gutters were installed and they leak! Scammers.
Had Leafguard install almost $20k of gutters on our new house. Installation was ok, had several issues with the gutters not being able to handle the water flow from certain areas of the roof. It took weeks and many visits but eventually that was resolved- ish. Heavy storms still overflow the gutters in a couple of places. We had to have our shingles replaced more recently, late April/early May 2026, called Leafguard to get someone to handle our gutters if needed. My father purchased a LeafGuard gutter system in 2010. The gutters are currently experiencing issues that appear to require cleaning and realignment. As a result, water accumulates and creates extremely large icicles during winter months, creating a potential safety hazard for anyone near the home.I contacted LeafGuard and explained the situation. Someone from Leafguard came to my house the same day of me enquiring (Tuesday, 6/23/2026). The person was there at my house from 6:00pm - 8:30pm. The estimate began with $18k, came down to $16k then he called his boss and a new quote of $15k, further down to $12k and some change (All these numbers were written on his so called piece of paper where the old quotes were being scratched off). Worse gutters ever and they dont honor contract. Will not fix problem. They were hung with wrong pitch and by new installers that even said they were new and would do their best. They will never come back on warranty claims. Chattanooga Tennessee office is closed and we are just all stuck with useless overpriced gutters that are ruining our foundations.
Absurdly overpriced. My home had leafguard installed prior to purchasing. We had a salesperson quote $7k to repair two damaged corners of the gutters. Completely ridiculous.
Cancelled Leafguard I talked to **** who sold me the Lesdguard the day after! I had called Bill the day after while left filter was at my house so they could talk to one another which they did it got quite interesting to say the least so I told Bill that I decided to go with leaf filter because leaf filter was, $6900.00 it about and Leafguard was $19000.00 **** told me that he would cancel it not saying anything about a 3 day cancellation policy so my wife is looking for a credit to our credit card but they was none, so she ... read more
