Area for improvement: your installation and organizing the installation date. You need to have your installers be more prepared for issues that can be underlying that homeowners and you might not be aware of during installation. You should want to make it right the first time and not tell your installers to just make it work which was the first suggestion by a "boss" for the first set of installers. They look fabulous and handle our recent heavy rains. I will need a rain garden since I disconnected all my downspouts from the main line. The added length of downspout will water my lawns.
Love the product., but the Customer service needs major improvement. Recieved zero follow up calls to see how things went...are you satisfied? Nothing.
I will and have recommended LeafGuard to my family, friends, and neighbors. I am truly satisfied with the work. It is well worth the cost. I am very happy with my purchase. We have had extreme heavy rains since the installation and I am so happy I made this choice.
Good sales and service but price is a bit over value.
Maybe. I can't be fair at this time because my gutters failed during the winter months. So ask again after this winter season.
