Area for improvement: your installation and organizing the installation date. You need to have your installers be more prepared for issues that can be underlying that homeowners and you might not be aware of during installation. You should want to make it right the first time and not tell your installers to just make it work which was the first suggestion by a "boss" for the first set of installers.
