I like the gutters as far as they are doing there job ... what I didn't like was after my old ones were removed I found out that I couldn't get the color of LeafGuards I had picked out so ... I picked another color that I was ok with and was offered a 50 dollar gift card that turns out I have to spe...
They were friendly easy to get along with.
The gentlemen that came to do the job were very courteous, and they were very concerned for my needs. They were very nice people to work with. They had a very friendly talk with my son, and we were very impressed with their interaction skills with us. They didn't want to interrupt our day even though they had a huge job to do. We were very pleased with the people that came to do the job. They were very nice.
LeafGuard's sales process wasn't high pressure. They provide quality materials compared to competitors. Their installers were knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.
They never called back, and you can never get hold of anyone. You can only get a hold of an answering service.
Cost to remove the old gutter from back of our house was way too high,500.00. We could have had it removed prior to installation if we had been told of the charge by the sales agent when he was here in our home
Normally, I am very happy with LeafGuard of Columbus/Dayton's service. But the last gutters I bought, they told me one thing and did another. I have had them installed on six houses.
