The price.
We asked the salesman to take into account the fact that we have an outside metal chimney and he did not. If I knew the gutters would not fit properly behind my chimney then I would not have spent such a large sum of money to have this work done. They had to "rig" something up behind my chimney. The installer had no idea this issue existed and when he realized that the gutter was not going to fit he had no idea what to do about the situation. I don't feel I can give a high rating , due the problems experienced during the last hard rain. For the cost, we are not satisfied. The crew did their work very professional, but again we are not happy with the way the rain came off the roof and beat out the yard under the spouting.
Would not recommend unless you have money to throw away. ....
