The reason I am given a 2-star rating is that I tried to call them back about making some changes and damage done during installation, and now I can't get anyone to return my calls.
It is hard to get a scheduled repair.
I am currently waiting for someone to come see why there is a leak. First appointment was postponed.
A little more attention to detail. I know it was cold and the crew had a drive ahead of them after the job, but I found a few screws that wasn’t completely finished on the roof, there was some debris on the ground that I picked up, and there was some screws missing that I caught as they were about to leave. Nothing I couldn’t have handled, but shouldn’t have had to for the price I paid.
Very dissatisfied with the product. Especially the salesman!!
Overpriced, pushy, does not follow up, return calls or emails. They don't want to have anything to do with you, once they have your money. They will respond if you leave a bad review, it took weeks to get a call back and even longer to get someone to show up and inspect the gutters. The service tech had been told that we had spoke to someone about different options, when we hadn't. The system filled up with leaves, within a few weeks of installation after a heavy rain.
