Customer service was great on everything. From coming and showing what they put up. To the warranty. Calling to see if I was happy with the job that was done. My gutters were put on new in 1992.. My house was ready for some new gutters. And my neighbor said they look good.. Thank you!!
Too early to tell. Been pretty frozen since installation.
Overall, very very positive experience from sales to final installation. However, we *STRONGLY* disliked and resented the "we need you to sign today or we can't ensure this good a deal when you do" approach. I realize it is a common sales tactic, but it puts your sales people in a difficult situation and insults your customer base.
