I paid $18K for the gutters and now I'm experiencing 2 problem areas regarding the install. I called and 2 employees were sent to address the problems. I was informed there's nothing they can do about acts of nature. Leaves and debris is going to get stuck in the gutters. That's not what I was told by the Salesman. All of the people who sold me these gutters are no longer with the company.
They did not do a good job when they installed my gutters.
System does not perform per expectations. Some issues resolved, some I've just let go as I feel I am the one that tried to stay on top of them vs LG being proactive. Because they are not local, it was difficult to know when they were coming to my area next and also for them to actually view the issues (particularly the water overflows). I sent videos when it was raining but it would have been helpful for them to see them in person -- not possible when not local (evidently).
I would not. I have made several phone calls to solve an issue with my gutters since they were installed. The problems is still not resolved after 2 years.
I can't recommend something that does not deliver as advertised. I listened to a 2 hour pitch and demonstration, before purchasing but the product doesn't deliver
LeafGuard provided a good product, but the office had poor management.
