The install should have been one day. It has been over a kk th and still not complete. The members of management do not keep their word and crews do not show up
Gutter 5% catch openings are full requiring me to clean out and i am very concerned about debris in the actual gutter. Promise vacation package was never delivered by promised email even after 4 phone calls. Salesman asked what kind of promotion I wanted then after TV ads were giving better purchase price I realized why.
Salesman was very professional and explained my concerns But person who set up appointment said I would get get gift card. And no one followed through. And I purchased gutters. False advertisement
Because they promise a rain barrel i didn't receive it or they didn't return my phone call
I will never recommend a company that refuses to put the customer first or take responsibility
