I love the product, but the sales technique is a bit heavy-handed: overly long presentation, price not given until the end, and some not-so-subtle pressure to accept the contract.
Very professional personnel and materials are high quality.
My gutters are running over, I do not know if I have enough down spouts. Underneath the fascia board where the things were put together, they are not inserted like you would think they would be. They are just laid on top of each other. Mainly, the gutters, there is not enough down spouts, only two down spouts. I think they should have put at least one more down spout on there.
My wife thought the cost was more expensive than she expected, but she is also pleased with the product and the installation.
