The issue that I'm having is with the contract. I was offered the promotional rate by the salesperson. I never received the first statement, and then I got a statement later on saying I was late for payment. The APR was three times the amount it was supposed to be. They also applied finance charges that were not supposed to be applied for the first six months if I pay it off within six months.
