THIS COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH FROM THE BEGINNING!!!!!First of all they were late claiming they went to the wrong address yet we confirmed the address several. 2022 we made the mistake buying leaf guard gutters way over priced and bad quality job and product. For a so called experts they did a horrible job we replaced them for a fraction of the amount we paid for leaf guard. Dont buy them they dont stand behind their product lifetime warrantywe deal with the company for almost a year when they finally showed up to my house they use a hail damage as a way to get out of getting problem we are old people that dont understand technology our claim is not open anymore. Finally had Leafguard gutter system installed in August 2023 after several change of dates and many phone calls when they changed dates or just didnt show up. Also with guilt put on myself as customer when they had to get a crew to come on a Sunday. At that point I was so upset with their tactics I didnt sympathize at all. I installed my LeafGuard System several years ago. At the Time was told that could get my cutters cleaned annually at not charge. After not having my gutters cleaned for a few years I called to have them cleaned, My gutters are leaking badly and ruining my land scaping. After several attempts I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone. I was tole that a technician would be at my hone in two days at 9AM. No one show! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! LeafGuard advertises in Church Bulletins and this is where I saw their ad. I should have read all the negative comments posted on the Better Business Bureau site, but I didn't. BIG MISTAKE. I purchased ******************** in October, 2021. Have had trouble ever since -- especially in the Spring when birds would get into the gutters, and build nests. I had ******* LeafGuard gutters and downspouts installed because they have a lifetime no clog warranty. I have a clog in a gutter that is too high for me to safely reach so I requested warranty service. Requests were sent to LeafGuard Holdings and to ******* and have not received any repsonse. I would like the guarantee be honored and have the gutter cleaned.

We had gutters installed in 2020. We never received ANY paperwork. Once we finally figured out the company, I left a message to have someone come out. No one responded and I had to call again. Once the guy came out, he told me the gutters werent installed properly. There was a clog because they werent installed correctly. And it would cost $540 to have them fix the clog THAT THEY CAUSED.

Leafguard system installed several years ago. Included lifetime guarantee regarding leaking, plugging up, not draining. For the past couple of years the gutters have been filling up, over flowing, draining down the walls, etc. Have called the local and national phone numbers and sent email several times. Receptionist tells me repeatedly that I will be contacted within 24 hours but I have NEVER received a return response.
