Too expensive for the average household. Estimator could be more detail oriented, although he was very nice. But he missed menchening the long metal brackets holding up the heavy downspout chains had to be removed first by a roofing company, before the gutters could be installed. So the gutter instlation team arrived to install the gutters, and had to leave without any instlation, because the downspout chain brackets had to be removed FIRST.
The sales rep, wanting to make the sale told me no problem painting them just use proper paint and primer, then when I told the scheduling person, I only wanted the gutter pieces 1st so I could paint them he said I could not. I would have much preferred the sales rep was more forthcoming before I was locked into the contract so I could have made a more informed decision. There was a bit of mixup with the color as well. Removal of gutter helmet this winter left my roof shingles cracked and bent. I was not notified that this was a possibility or that it was actually happening at the time. My sales rep notified me that they would not repair the damage and that I should contact a roofing company for repairs. I was able to repair some of the damage on the lower level myself with a heat gun, not that difficult!
