The cost is an issue for my senior friends
The product seems great as expected. The installation experience was not great. 2 guys did the install. One very professional, the other not, and did not seem to enthused about working on my job, as I had high expectations for the product and the install quality.
The salesman was very high pressure. He got mad when we said we wanted to think about his bid, and we would call him. He stormed into our dining room and said, “This is ridiculous”, and grabbed all his visual aids and stuffed them into his storage case. He went to his truck, and we thought he left. They got started late, so they didn't do it right. They had to come back. It wasn't their fault that they got started so late. They should have scheduled it earlier.
It was a little expensive.
They are too expensive and the materials are of low quality.
The project was really expensive.
