I was supposed to get a Lowe’s gift card regardless if I signed up to get the gutters or not ,I purchased the gutters, only to find out later that I was misled about the gift card that I never got.I feel this is a bad business practice to do customers like this. I won’t be reffing leaf guard to anyone else.
A hose that takes the water away from the house detached from one of the downspouts. After days of rain a large hole approximately 24"D & 24"W had developed. After calling about the problem it took about 2 weeks before anyone could fix the problem. The men did reattach the hose to the downspout and told the owner the other downspouts & hoses had been checked and were OK. The install was terrible.
