Non-stop calls after saying no. We listened to a Leafguard sales bid 2+ hours, there was no price quote until the end. Very high sales pressure to buy the day ofbthe appointment. Very annoying followup calls after we decided against the exceptionally high cost. The Sales Manager has yet to stop calling after we asked him to stop. Sales pitch was fine. I was told during sales presentation they would clear old downspouts in ground. The installers came and they told me they do not. Spoke to the general manager he stated I had to hire a plumber. Stopped the install, called a plumber ******. General manager he would give a ****** credit towards my bill. He did not honor the credit. Installers came back did the job. The rain leaked in between the roof and gutters. Called and complained, they came back to fixe the issue. Recently had gutters damaged from Hurricane ****** on 2 Buildings. I called to get a quote for repairs and one of your service guys was at my house the next morning around 7:30 am and took measurements. The problem came with the quote. After a week and a half and having to call twice, I received the quote. To my surprise, Mr. ***** quote me over ********* to replace 110 of guttering. This is a leafguard customer and she was quoted our standard rate for leafguard to replace the damaged section. I spoke with the ** of her area and he was already preparing to reach out to her and explain how our pricing works. She is just sticker shocked having bought it a long time ago.
I have had issues for 3 years with the gutters leaking behind .I had a supervisor tell me the system was put on incorrectly two managers said they would replace but haven't replaced .I have called and text 18 times this year so far with no progress.
The gutter system is great but the price is over charged. The 2 guys that were installing them were talking while doing it. One guy as the other guy why is this job so much more than the other place that we did that was bigger? I feel they over charged me because I was a woman. Very unfair and over priced.
Walked on metal back porch roof and dented it through to the inside above porch, 16 yrs we dont walk on it. They should have known better, leaking, came & fixed, hear dripping, found another leak, they put guttering onto rotten boards and say theyll come back and caulk it or something after we fix the outer board they adhered gutter to.. may be better guttering but the workmanship *****. They installed the gutters on top of the drip edge of my house. So water runs behind my gutters and has caused just as much water **** as if I didn't put gutters on. Waste of money. Zero stars if I could.
I had Leafguard installed and during the install one of the gutter down spouts was damaged. I had called and spoke with ***** and he told me that the installers would be there on 2/20/24 but they never showed up or even got a phone call. I then contacted ***** on 8/24/24 but had to leave a phone message. I then called Leafguard and left a service call but on 8/26/24 I did not receive a call back.
