It was a beautiful presentation that was really good, but I dove into it too quickly. They cost too much in first place, and I did not need all of that they had. Did not complete the work no communication and have not gotten a response from installer and all calls go to voicemail
Skipped first appointment, never delivered splash guards on backorder. Still waiting.
I am a little upset because when I was talking with the salesperson about the installation, they were offering a $50 dinner gift card, but I am not sure what happened. The salesman said that I was supposed to get the gift card, but I never got anything.
The work was done professionally and in good time. We were told we would get a 50.00 dollar gift card. I have reached out to but no response. If your salesman tell the buyer they are going to receive a gift card and not follow through that is poor responsibility on the part of your company.
The area I needed fixed was not considered
