I felt everyone was professional and concerned that I was happy. They were informative and got the job done right.
The salesman that came to house was polite, knowledgeable, explained everything to me, and also helped me put everything in the right place. The installers were polite, helpful, and did everything they could for the job to go well.
LeafGuard of St. Louis did a pretty good job from the beginning with explaining everything through the completion of the project. They were very efficient with their time and did a good job.
They were on time for their appointment. Everything they told me took place exactly as they said it would be. There were no added fees in the end or no problem. If you have to call them back they come as quickly as possible. I think it is a good deal with a good company.
I would recommend them highly! They are efficient, did a good job, and the product looks good. I haven't had a good rain yet to check things out, but I'm sure it's going to be fine.
We had a wonderful experience with the quality of the sales team, the quality and skills of the installers and the professionalism of the office. We did refer them to our next door neighbor, and they bought from LeafGuard of St. Louis.
As far as the installers go, I couldn't have met two nicer people. When they got done with the product and it rained, they worked exceptionally well. I am perfectly happy with my LeafGuard system.
