Price-wise and installation-wise, this is the second or third time I have dealt with them. My neighbor and my mother have them on their house. Everyone has been extremely satisfied with them and now I don't have to get up on the roof anymore.
I thought that the presentation from the sales rep was very good. The crews did excellent work. I already had a follow up, and they are very professional people.

I can't say anything bad. They were organized and on time. They knew what they were doing, and did take any breaks. They got the job done, and made sure everything was correct.
I was happy with my salesperson and with the LeafGuard product. Where I live there are a lot of trees and I'm so very happy I no longer have to climb the two-story's just to clean my roof.
The work was fine and I like the product. The salesman said that when the job was completed they would submit it to the Insurance company but instead they demanded payment before they would leave my house. The figure that they insisted I pay was not correct. It took months and lots of calls and texts to get my refund. I still do not have the paperwork necessary to submit to the insurance company. I do not have my lien waiver either that I keep asking them to send me. All of this has been very frustrating and time consuming!
