They seem to have the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. I spoke with the manager, James Smith on several occasions regarding my gutter which were damaged by hail and i needed them to help me prove to the insurance company why they were not functional anymore. He charged me $150 for them to come out every though I have warranty. They gave me a report that didn’t provide any detail as to why it wasn’t functional anymore. He said my warranty was void now. The vent that they installed on the downspout makes a lot of noise when it rains. I'm going to have to figure out how to fix that because we can hear it inside the house.
Will not do outside my sidewalk, miss big parts of my yard, don’t put on enough product, yard is now full of weeds. Your guy isn’t here 5 minutes he can’t get away fast enough. He sits in his car 10 minutes before he gets out and 10 minutes when he’s done but doesn’t take even 5 minutes on the lawn.
I did not like the fast sales pitch and make your decision that same evening to get a better price. I did not like that at all.
I did everything I was supposed to do, and I'm waiting for a barrel, which is taking a long time. I wasn't completely sure of how to do it all. I'm not happy with them. I'm sick of the runaround. There is a hole in the roof, and I don't know if that was the roof guys or the gutter guys.
