I heard about LeafGuard on a television advertisement. My gutters were in a terrible state. I am 72 and can't be up there. I called them that day and almost immediately we were able to set up a time for someone to visit for an estimate. LeafGuard was so professional and I don't think I could've gotten it any better. Neal Higginbotham and the installation crew did a great job. Everyone was very polite and conscientious. I would recommend them to anyone.
The gentleman who came to talk to me after I called them about their services was very courteous and nice. They left everything clean upon completion where as other companies I've worked with have not. I like the way it works even though we have not had much rain. I am very glad I did it and they sent me a Thank You letter which I have not had a company do before.
I thought they were very professional from the start when they gave a detailed description of what they do until the final completion of the product. The quality of the product was good, and the installers did a good job explaining how the process works.
The salesman was very professional and not pushy. The product came exactly as described. The work was completed on time and with the exact specifications as described.
I was perfectly satisfied with everything they did and with the recommendations they made. They said if there was any problems, they would come back and fix it.
My experience with LeafGuard of St. Louis has been excellent, the price is enough to knock you over, but my overall experience with the company has been superior.
They did a damn good job. They came out and did it the way they were suppose to, explained the job to you, and it is a damn good product.
