I have an issues and have contacted with novresonse
Removal of gutter helmet this winter left my roof shingles cracked and bent. I was not notified that this was a possibility or that it was actually happening at the time. My sales rep notified me that they would not repair the damage and that I should contact a roofing company for repairs. I was able to repair some of the damage on the lower level myself with a heat gun, not that difficult! I love the new gutter system, works as advertised and looks great but gutter helmet should not be removed during cold months due to roof... read more
There has been No Rain since we got the new gutters, so the jury is still out!

The sales rep was great, knowledgeable and responsive.
I don't have a good way to answer how likely I am to recommend. The answer is, no, I probably would not, but, yes, I plan on using their services again myself. It doesn't have anything to do with the quality of Leafguard, more that I just don't have anyone that I am able to recommend them to.
