The salesman was very high pressure. He got mad when we said we wanted to think about his bid, and we would call him. They got started late, so they didn't do it right. They had to come back. It wasn't their fault that they got started so late. They should have scheduled it earlier.

Fir needles into the gutter and plug up the down spouts
It is very noisy as I try to sleep. Even with the windows closed.
I love the shutters. I felt that they were too expensive for the size of my home.
