Leander lakes is a shithole! Don't ever live here, your problems will never be fixed, and they will threaten to evict you if you are even a day late on rent. Apartments are poorly constructed and we have had a mold issue for almost a year. I can not wait until the lease is over!

Beautiful community, gorgeous apartments and beyond helpful staff and maintenance
When we first moved in it was fine. I felt safe here and it had a nice appearance but after living here a year things started breaking down and the Leander’s lake staff were not interested or not capable of fixing our problems. It took a month to get a shower head replaced and we were without a washing machine for 2 weeks. When I reached out to the Salisbury Management company they were quick to reply and our problems were taken care and of overnight. We are currently having other issues that once again no one has bother... read more

Absolutely the worst experience with an apartment complex I have ever had. For 10 months now we have been dealing with the same problems over and over again. Having to make CONSTANT noise complaints, finding mold in the grass out front of our building, and multiple ILLEGAL dogs living here. Felons have lived here. There was a manager who was here that committed multiple crimes against the tenants and the company it’s self.
