This complex has been nothing but dreadful. Signed the lease last April because my wife was coming to join me here in Delaware. One month later problems started and my wife and I were told to deal with it. For months on end we tried to find a resolution with no help in sight. Living here is terrible. So many problems with the complex and the management is so much worse. If you want to live somewhere nice that has a management staff that will work and fix your problems please I advise you to look elsewhere.
