My window replacement was conducted without any problems. The technician showed up prior to the scheduled time and went about replacing my window. The replacement was completed to my satisfaction. I recommend Lee & Cates and will definitely use their services in the future.
Once part was in they scheduled my appointment and visit was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up after, very polite & respectful.
Gentlemen who did the glass replacement were very polite, and the work was done much faster than I thought it would be.
