Did a great job replacing the glass in my door. Scott Knew what he was doing did great job and cleaned up after he finished. Did not remember Scott last name.
They did a great job and completed pretty quick
Installer showed up early considering the appointment time 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM. Clean job and outstanding work ethics and workmanship. Installer and company received my highest recommendation for glass repair and installation.

Justin, the installer, arrived a few minutes early and proceeded to remove the old, broken frame from the outside front door glass. He took great care removing and preparing the door glass for reinstallation. He replaced the outer frame with the new one, reinserted the front door glass, then inserted the new indoor frame and its trim pieces. Upon completion he thoroughly cleaned up the work area. Lee and Cates replaced four large windows on the backside of my home. Each window was approximately 4 feet by 8 feet. Both gentlemen were prompt and professional and did an absolutely great job. always polite and courteous. This was great customer service. I highly recommend them for your window needs.
Very professional & courteous
Justin, the service tech, was very thorough and professional. The only problem I have was with the office. I called to schedule the installation, the date they originally gave me was longer than the estimated time of 2 weeks. The lady said she would check with her field guy to see about a quicker install, and get back with me. They failed to call with the updated install date, and I wasn't home when the tech came out.
