Samuel came out to my home & replaced the windshield in my car today & he did a FANTASTIC JOB!! Everything was done in a very timely manner & if you ever need your windshield replaced call & ask for Samuel he is SUPER and so nice!!! I would recommend him and this company to everyone!

Lee & Cates were very flexible with my work schedule. They did everything they could to work me in around the weather and my schedule. Ben the technician was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. When the job was done it was professional and clean.

During our bathroom renovation we were in need of new shower enclosure glass. We sent inquiries to several vendors, Glass Doctor and Lee & Cates were first to respond. After an initial meeting with both, we selected Lee & Cates on 06/29/2022, paid the deposit, (50%) after our questions were answered by their in-home representative. The gentleman was very pleasant . put the window in and left. Did not have a check to finish out the payment so about an hour later I rode up to your store on Kinsley to pay the 87 dollars. The 2 ladies at the desk never acknowledged me standing there. They were both on the phone I do understand that but 1 lady got off phone left to go to back never said hello kiss my foot or nothing.
