I emailed asking about a piece of glass that was given to my husband that had his deceased father’s etching and signature on it (done by his dad). I wanted to see if we could get it cut down so I could frame it (it was an old window so it was big) and surprise my husband. Andy called me promptly to ask a couple of questions and since I wasn’t sure he just said bring it up so he could take a look. I walked in, Andy came out and then met me at my car and said he could do it. Not only did he do it, he did it right then and there, nice and straight cuts keeping the design in the center. Sanded the edges and cleaned up the glass. He was wonderful to talk to and sent me on my way! I then emailed again sending him pictures because I was so excited and he offered to help secure the glass. Just really nice, kind, helpful, local, knowledgeable and genuine. We haven’t had glass needs in the past but I assure you when we do Lee and Cates will be the first place we call. Thanks for helping me pull off a surprise and create something so so special, that will be treasured.

Both guys that installed were excellent and funny. Not 1piece of glass fell into pool. Amazing and they cleaned up great when I called around and most places said no but go to Lee and Cates they can do it that speaks when competitors recommend your company. I called and everyone in office was great and employees. I will be using them if another glass panel breaks in my pool area. Wow just great place to deal with thanks Lee and cates for an excellent job done appreciate susan Shiverdecker

The two representatives from Lee and Cates came on time, were extremely polite, informative, and a pleasure to deal with. The same applies to the two fellows that came to install the rollers and a new track. I highly highly recommend this company

The crew of 2 showed up on time (a big plus these days) got right to work, all metal cutting was done outside at their truck with no mess. Finished in about 2 1/2 hours. Beautiful job done professionally. I would recommend them without question.
