Everything from estimate appointment, measurements and install were top notch. Lee & Cates St. Augustine sent Damon Day out to measure the very day I contacted them! Technicians showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes the same day as the work request. They were courteous and went above and beyond to help fix the situation the day of settlement!
My windows were replaced on the dates promised. Their service men were polite and left everything neat and clean. I felt their pricing was fair as well. Definitely recommend!
