Over the last several years I have had glass in multiple windows replaced, a few at a time. Both the estimator and installers are always nice, efficient and careful. Several of the upstairs windows have been a bit challenging to reach, but they always figure our a safe way to access them.
I waited over 6 months on the builder and window supplier to even get me a quote. I wish I had called Lee & Cates first. Absolutely outstanding service!

The office took my order and filled it on time, albeit at a hyperinflated price change within 3 weeks. Maybe it was due to some resource shortage. Anyway, when I picked up my order they took really good care of me!
