Everything from estimate appointment, measurements and install were top notch. Lee & Cates St. Augustine sent Damon Day out to measure the very day I contacted them! What a professional, courteous, knows his business kind of man! I had my estimate the next and my windows installed today by Damon and Eric in record time. My experience with Lee & Cates began on 11/08 and was complete with install 11/17!! Technicians showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes the same day as the work request. They were courteous and went above and beyond to help fix the situation the day of settlement!
