Very professional & courteous
Cody let me know he was on his way and was on time for my repair. He was professional as he worked in the hot sun in the driveway. He explained what not to do within the next 24 hours and the warranty. It did not take long and the area was left clean. I look forward to contacting you all soon to make the headlights look new again.
They came earlier than my appointment time was scheduled for which worked out great for me. He was friendly and worked quickly.
Tom went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. He wore his mask, told us how he would be removing and replacing our fogged windows and even spotlessly cleaned the new windows prior to leaving.

My experience getting my windshield replaced today was simple and easy. My first contact was with Regiva (not sure how to spell her name) and she was great....friendly, helpful, and professional. Later I received a call from Alex, who was to be the installer. She told me what to expect, gave me an E.T.A. and showed up within that timeframe.
