Justin, the service tech, was very thorough and professional. The only problem I have was with the office. I called to schedule the installation, the date they originally gave me was longer than the estimated time of 2 weeks. The lady said she would check with her field guy to see about a quicker install, and get back with me. They failed to call with the updated install date, and I wasn't home when the tech came out. Tony was the gentleman that came to take care of the windshield. He was such a nice guy - courteous, friendly and working all the time. Soft spoken and down to earth and never made you feel out of place asking a question ,.you are so lucky to have Tony working for you. I can tell This is how Tony is made it just comes naturally.
