My experience getting my windshield replaced today was simple and easy. My first contact was with Regiva (not sure how to spell her name) and she was great....friendly, helpful, and professional. Later I received a call from Alex, who was to be the installer. She told me what to expect, gave me an E.T.A. and showed up within that timeframe. Justin, the service tech, was very thorough and professional. The only problem I have was with the office. I called to schedule the installation, the date they originally gave me was longer than the estimated time of 2 weeks. The lady said she would check with her field guy to see about a quicker install, and get back with me. They failed to call with the updated install date, and I wasn't home when the tech came out. Had I known about it, I would have definitely been home waiting. So instead of 2 weeks, the prices took an ... read more

Tony was the gentleman that came to take care of the windshield. He was such a nice guy - courteous, friendly and working all the time. Soft spoken and down to earth and never made you feel out of place asking a question ,.you are so lucky to have Tony working for you. I can tell This is how Tony is made it just comes naturally.
