Cody preformed my windshield replacement just as he described. Very thorough, courteous and professional.
The experience was awesome! Even though there was a slight change in where the job could be done the installer was understanding and flexible. He worked quickly and got me back on the road within an hour. He also suggested that my driver side window could be fixed by the same company and probably cheaper than the dealership. I was happy to hear about that and hope the job can be done by them.
John (worker from L & C) was extremely efficient. Not only was John early, he focused on the task at handle, did the repairs no time flat & answered any questions I had. I consider myself a fairly good DIYer but I'm very glad I called Lee & Cates for this window repair job.

I contacted Lee and Cates glass in Arlington because I wanted the dining room wall covered in a full length mirror. When I spoke to the rep he was very kind and polite. They came out the same day within an hour. The service man also was very nice and polite and professional and treat me with great respect. The service reps measured my wall and explained the process.
