Extremely helpful!!! Jimbo and the rest of the staff went out of their way to help my wife after our transmission went out in our explorer while I was TDY and unable to help her. They worked with her and made the process easy during this very stressful time of a vehicle breakdown and me not being able to help...very much appreciated and I would recommend them to any of my friends and co-workers!!!

No pressure sales , just a good deal. Buying transaction went very smooth the sales person Steve Tucker was a pleasure to work with. After I took the truck for a test ride Steve asked me if I was interested in making a deal and I said if the numbers work out and no fuzzy math was involved . Well the deal was fair with no fuzzy math and my trade in was fair so I have a new truck.

Repeat Customer Buying a new car can be a dreadful experience. John lee Nissan has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced, BOTH TIMES. Not a challenge at all Brian was extremely helpful and there wasn't one moment where I thought he had any other priority than to assist me in my vehicle purchase. I felt that we were able to meet in the middle on price and that negotiations weren't at all one sided as usually experienced with other dealerships. The financial guy that I signed the paperwork with was very quick and precise answering any questions I had. No high pressure sales or tricks We purchased a used 2016 Rogue for our daughter and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our salesman Mr. Pulliam was awesome and we highly recommend him for future purchases. No high pressure sales or surprises. Mr. Pulliam found us the car we asked for and closed the deal meeting all our conditions and expectations. It was like buying a car from a close friend. I highly recommend using our hometown dealer Lee Nissan for used or even new purchases.
