Runs in the Family They took care of my family (Thank you, Keith Travis), and they took care of my husband and I just as well. We worked with Ivan Navarro and Steve/Tanner (Finance). I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and they all ensured that I received what I had asked for. Ivan even located a little keychain I had in my trade-in car and had it hanging for me in my new purchase. New Murano Purchase I recently purchased the new 2018 Nissan Murano. I had the pleasure of working with Junior and Mark Anthony during my Nissan experience. They were both very friendly and were able to thoroughly answer all of my questions. If I had any concerns, they were quickly addressed and their responses put me at ease. Fantastic Service We came in late on a rainy night and were immediately greeted by Jose. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He found a car comparable to the one I had seen advertised and got me in for a test drive within minutes. My experience: Buying a new Rogue from Lee Nissan My sales person was Steve Tucker, he was very professional, personable and efficient. He informed me of all the car features, steps in the process. My first time buying a car and felt stress free and had no regrets. He called to make sure everything was good.

good but longer than necessary The sales process was fine. It was the three hour wait process that was not. This was a cash deal. It should have taken an half hour MAX. We missed lunch, as did your employees, but I don't care. I rated you pretty well over all. Please do not call me about this review.

All was good except one thing! Advertising department needs to get there adds out when the dates says. Not 18 days later than add reads.... $500 to $2,000 cash bonus could mean a lot.. 4 stars not 5 as I was told by a boss that there was always room for improvement
